• Financial Records: Account book titles, category names, transaction figures, dates, notes, and uploaded receipt images or documents.
• Technical Access Data: Session identifiers, browser type, and device logs strictly for authentication security and system maintenance.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your financial entries belong solely to you. We use your data strictly to:

• Provide accurate balance calculations, passbook ledgers, and reporting summaries.
• Deliver password reset OTP verification codes directly to your registered email address.
• Protect your account against unauthorized access or duplicate entries.

3. Data Isolation & Security

Each user account in Ledgerly is strictly isolated. No user can view, edit, or access another user's account books, transactions, or receipts. All password hashes are protected using industry-standard bcrypt encryption.

4. Receipt & Attachment Protection

Photos and PDF receipts uploaded to your transactions are stored securely in your private application storage and are only accessible through your authenticated session.
